Bug Description
systemd shows a few journalctl log liness when a user runs systemctl status. This has been very popular and seen as useful. Upstart should be able to do the same thing in initctl with the use of its per job log files. I am thinking of a few improvements on the systemd semantics.
1. Provide --show-logs option (and --no-show-logs) that shows a few lines of the job's log for status command.
2. Have a initctl command "logs" to act on a job, and have an option --lines=N.
For 1, maybe have a setting to change the default to show logs or not show them. For 2, a setting could be provided to set the default lines.
