upstart faq should read "initctl reload-configuration" instead of "initctl reload"

Bug Description

http://upstart.ubuntu.com/faq.html#reload should read "initctl reload-configuration" instead of "initctl reload".

# initctl reload
initctl: missing job name
Try `initctl --help' for more information.

Not to be a jerk about it but can we get this fixed? It's been open for over a year, it's literally a one word change, and it being wrong wasted many hours of me and my co-worker's time.

I'm returning this bug to Confirmed/Unassigned because the person to whom it was assigned (jamesodhunt) does not appear to have done any work on LaunchPad projects since November 2015.
