upstart-file-bridge EVENT documentation examples incorrect in cookbook

Examples in http://upstart.ubuntu.com/cookbook/#upstart-file-bridge refer to
start on file FILE=/run/app.pid EVENT=created
and
start on file FILE=/var/crash/*.crash EVENT=created

while they should be EVENT=create (sans d)

The installed man page is correct, but the linked one from the cookbook [1] also refers to created instead of create

This is fixed in the saucy version of the man for file-event, however the cookbook still needs fixing.
