Bug Description
For a German user rather uncomfortable. The Toshiba netbook boots the UPR 10-04, r1 - but the setting is for the English language. The dialogue to call the setting (ESC etc.) is not displayed when booting. Instead a text based grafical menu - which does not include the settings (e.g. F4 etc.).
Is there a workarround?
