URC close with error when SSDP socket is in use

Bug Description
Starting UPnP Router Control when another process use a socket for the SSDP service (port 1900 UDP), UPnP Router Control close with this error:
** ERROR **: [EE] gupnp_context_new: Failed to bind socketErrore nel legarsi all'indirizzo: Indirizzo già in uso (33)
Expected behavior is that URC retry to open the socket every XX seconds without closing.
