Bug Description

I would like to skip upgrades which require a reboot, but there is currently no information in the GUI to help me make that decision. Perhaps a small icon could be displayed next to upgrades which require the system to be rebooted.

Other scenarios you might want to support include (a) X server restart; (b) browser restart. I'm sure there must be others. These IMHO are less crucial but the design should probably be flexible enough to support more than just the reboot (restart init) scenario.
