An unresolvable problem occurred while initialising the package information.
Please report this bug for the 'update-manager' package and try to include the following error message:

There appears to be a problem with the file /etc/apt/ sources. list.d/ mozillateam- firefox- stable- maverick. list which is not a system file. Could you please attach that file to this bug report so we can inspect it?
I am setting the Status of this bug report to Incomplete to mark it as pending on further information from you. Once you have supplied the requested information, it can be changed back to New. Thank you for your cooperation and patience!
The warnings about ignored files in /etc/apt/ sources. list.d are harmless. These files are also not created by Ubuntu; perhaps you can recall where you got them from?
