Bug Description

To reproduce:

1) a. Open Update Manager
    b. Press 'Alt'
    c. No letter in 'Settings' is highlighted, so the user can't open the 'Settings' dialogue via keyboard shortcuts

I can confirm this is the case in Maverick at least

Simply added an underscore to the Settings button label, to introduce a mnemonic. The button can now be accessed by pressing Alt + S
