Bug Description
I was running Kubuntu karmic with an English interface but added alternative input/layout language, where I could switch back and forth between languages by pressing alt-shift, etc. After the upgrade from Kubuntu 9.10 to 10.04, I found that the second language and layout configuration was gone - I had to re-add it in the regional system settings (note that the packages were all already installed so no re-installation was needed, but they just had to be added to the languages list), and reconfigure the alt-shift alternate input language settings, etc.
