Terminal window mixes up output order

When running the Kubuntu upgrade (from click on upgrade notification tray item), there is an option to open the terminal window. When viewing the terminal output, the user can (on purpose or by mistake) click anywhere within the output. This causes the rest of the output to continue at that cursor position, pushing down the text below that point that was already output, and resulting in mixed up order of output. Instead, the output should always be written to the very bottom of the text so that the output remains in proper order, regardless of where the user clicks.
