Download size does not take into account already downloaded files

Bug Description
Before downloading packages, Keryx reports how many files and how large a download it will be. But Unwrapt does not take into account that some files may already be downloaded.
Not a big deal and may be hard to fix.

I thought about this the other day. I think we can handle it by looking at the "size" attribute of the package and determining which ones are in the download folder that match exactly. Not worth the effort right now though.
