wrong setting for window titlebar font is loaded/displayed

Bug Description
although i have ubuntu bold 11 active as window titlebar font (=default setting), unsettings shows me cantarell bold 11 as setting, even if i click the button to load the actual settings.
actually i found this bug while trying to change only the systray whitelist. when i applied the setting my window titlebar font also changed although i didn't actually change anything in unsettings.
