SidebarUA does not use set width

Bug Description
Debian Squeeze/Sid, Gnome 2.22.3
UA: 0.1.2~bzr624-1
UA-extras: 0.1~bzr174-1
I find that the SidebarUA does not show with any width different to 160px (I've got it currently set to 250px). There's also a gap about 8px from the right edge of the screen, when position is set to right. Looking in ~/.config/
