dash overview misbehaves when there's only the apps scope

Bug Description

Steps:

1 - tap on the star icon of all scopes ("unfavorite" them) so that you're left with only the "Apps" scope
2 - swipe from the bottom edge to go to dash overview

Expected outcome:
You see the Apps scope thumbnail horizontally centered

Actual outcome:
You see the Apps scope thumbnail on far right. Tap anywhere left to it and it jumps to the far left.

And you should not be able to "scroll" the list either.

I think it should be:
- centered horizontally
- width: Math.min(contentWidth, parent.width)

This way you get it to be centered and still can overshoot with the rubber behaviour.
