Can't reproduce, it does prompt me for access to location, and just goes from there.

Is this reproducible for you? Anyone else?

To reset your trust store database:

$ stop ubuntu-location-service-trust-stored
$ rm -rf ~/.local/share/UbuntuLocationService
$ start ubuntu-location-service-trust-stored

Maybe your symptoms were actually those of bug #1295623 ?

The symptoms are indeed similar, all the edges were usable but not the main dash panel which in this case was manage dash. Other apps were also responsive.

Could not reproduce it so far.

OK so in fact it seems to be a frozen dash, not the bug mentioned above.

Something between the dash and the location trust store UI gets wonky.
