Bug Description
Manta swiping left to right to close an app is sluggish in comparison to flo and mako
There are a couple of elements here:
1. The size of the screen is so much bigger so it physically takes longer
2. The animation is slower.

fwiw, there are several factors that go into this. pixel density is one, another is the specific gpu available.
with our current interest focused on other platforms (gpu's, screen sizes), I'm setting this to low.
