run_on_device requests password multiple times

Bug Description

Currently once you use ./run_on_device, you are asked multiple times for phablet password to run the unity shell. Perhaps this could be fixed with proper ssh setup contained within the run_on_device script.

--- old bug description

./run_on_device does not work propely. Worked after starting ssh with
$ adb shell \"echo | sudo tee /etc/init/ssh.override\"; adb shell start ssh; adb forward tcp:8888 tcp:22

Saviq said ./run_on_device should start ssh automatically, so that's probably a bug.

Hi Evin, a bit swamped at work right now. I'm keeping this bug 'unread' in my inbox, will get back as soon as possible. In case anyone wonders in the mean time, just open a new Ubuntu touch project in Ubuntu SDK and try running it with ./run_on_device and a device connected.

Hi Kevin. Not sure what instructions you meant, there's no read me.

So, on a trusty-proposed, after running
apt-get build-dep unity8
I ran ./run_on_device from unity8 trunk.
It copied the code, but in the mean time, asked me roughly 7 times for phablet password. Unity started as expected, so the nature of the bug has changed a bit.
