Bug Description
Steps:
1. upstart-app-launch dialer-app
2. swipe through the launcher to show dash
3. refocus Dialer
Expected:
1a. dialer slides in from the side
2a. dialer follows your finger
2b. dialer screenshot is visible
3a. you can see Dialer app
Current:
1a. dialer appears abruptly
2a. dialer disappears abruptly
2b. dialer is transparent in Apps scope
3a. app is completely white
