To reproduce :
tap search icon on menu bar
tap anywhere on screen to dismiss
search box doesn't dismiss
Desired behaviour :
tap search icon on menu bar
tap anywhere on screen
if null query
search box is dismissed. Header reinstated.
if query
search box changes state to active-defocused and header does not reinstate
