Sidestage content is not displayed in latest cdimage-touch

The sidestage window comes up when the app is launched, and a thumbnail is created for the apps lens that is shown transitioning in and out of the sidestage, but the app itself is not visible.

This is true in latest (8/26) and last blessed (8/22)

Ideally we can have this working to tag a final version prior to Mir and image updates landing as default.
