Bug Description

When I first logged into the Unity 8 session, I was presented with a blank Scopes window.

This turned out to be because I had been doing some development on the Unity 7 host (whose /home is mounted on the LXC container) and "gsettings get com.canonical.Unity.Dash favorite-scopes" returned a list of scopes which were not installed in the session.

The fix was to run "gsettings reset com.canonical.Unity.Dash favorite-scopes" on the host (it couldn't be run on the LXC container without a graphical session). Perhaps this is a step that 'unity8-lxc-setup' could run?
