Bug Description
Due to bug #1347020, Trusty hosts cannot currently run the systemd based Unity 8 LXC (which is the Ubuntu Next ISO). The suggested workaround is to install upstart-sysv, but unfortunately, in order to install it, I need to first start the systemd container which doesn't get an IP address, so the package cannot be installed.
