Bug Description
What's happening:
With the blur setting set to "no blur", the keyboard shortcuts overlay displays no background. If you have a mostly white application window raised whilst doing this, the white text of the shortcut overlay is impossible to read.
What should happen:
The keyboard shortcut overlay should display a proper background behind the white text regardless of whether blur is turned on or off.
A screenshot is attached showing the problem. I can achieve this bug using the daily build with unity 5.10 on an intel integrated laptop.
