Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
Open any java based applications such as Matlab, Wunderlist, and also other applications such as libreoffice where global menu is not yet supported.
Occured:
The name of the app in the GlobalMenu hides itself even if the app doesn't have Global Menu support.
Expected:
The name of the app in the GlobalMenu should not hide itself if the app doesn't have Global Menu support.
