Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

Ubuntu 12.04 beta 2 (as of the 14th of april), packages updated.

Use CCSM or Ubuntu-tweak (or gconf) to change the Launcher's background color; pick anycolor you like and apply.
Result: the launcher's background color has changed with your custom one.
Minimize your window.
Result: the launcher's background color changes to the initial averaged value of the colors sampled from the background image.

I tried: unity --reset, restarting my session, changing backgrounds, etc. None worked.

Thanks for checking it out.

Thank you for taking your time to report this bug to make Ubuntu better. I can confirm on Unity 5.10 as well. The custom launcher and dash background color is overridden by the average wallpaper color.
