Could you please explain how you enabled accessibility, and did you enable accessibility at install time, or after install?

I had installed Precise Pangolin Beta 2 on my laptop on an empty partition for testing.
I installed it in Italian and had added also English as second language.
I went on System Settings on Universal access and enabled it there, now I do not have my laptop here, but if you want as soon as I go home I will tell you exactly the choice I enabled.

Ok, thanks for your response. Unfortunately Unity 3D still has accessibility issues. I would strongly recommend you switch to Unity 2D for a better accessibility experience. In the future, I recommend you install Ubuntu using the screen reader accessibility profile, which can be enabled by pressing Control + S once the Ubuntu 12.04 install CD has booted. The screen reader accessibility profile not only enables Orca and accessibility, but also makes some other tweaks to the desktop to make the overall experience much more pleasant for orca users. One such tweak is using unity 2D instead of Unity 3D.

Thanks again.
