I am currently running "Checkbox Unity Test". In "launcher/persistency" step, it ask for the user to click on "test" in which Unity is restarted.
The Launcher Icons in Unity Launcher are fine, but I found a interesting side-effect.
Upon restarting Unity by clicking on "test", the minimized window becomes transparent borrowing the color of any window or background.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1) Open Multiple Windows of the SAME program
1b) It is preferable to differentiate between windows. So, let's say you opened Firefox, have each firefox window displaying different websites. If testing Nautilus, have each nautilus display different directories.
2) Minimize one or more, but leave some in non-minimized state
3) Restart Unity
4) Click on the Launcher Icon of the program
5) The minimized window becomes unusable by becoming transparent.
