Search hint is hidden while iBus is enabled

Unity hides the search hint when iBus is enabled.

Step to reproduce:
1. Open Dash (you can see the search hint)
2. Press Ctrl+Space to enable iBus

Actual Result:
    The search hint is hidden

Expected Result:
    It will be hidden when the pre-edit text is shown.
