Bug Description

Using the mouse wheel to scroll through the Dash contents doesn't work if the mouse pointer is hovering over one of the category headers (e.g. Recent Files)

The mouse wheel scroll is also broken in other applications. Both the launcher auto-hide reveal and scrolling issues persist whether or not guest additions is installed.
