Dash search bar doesn't support primary copy

Bug Description
Highlight text with a mouse in the search bar, then copy the text (Ctrl + C). Then click the middle mouse button, it doesn't paste the correct information.
Primary paste works, but the primary copy in the dash search bar isn't working.
