Bug Description

I have an internal SD card reader in my laptop which I'm using for this test.

Steps to reproduce:
- insert SD card into the slot
- [the SD card appears in launcher with a correct icon]
- drag and drop the SD card to Trash

Actual Result:
Nothing happens

Expected Result:
The card is ejected (safely removed) in the same was USB stick (or CD) is.

---------------------------------------
Desired Solution:

- Dragging and dropping a SD card to the trash should 'safely remove' the card

As far as I know, the drag-drop to trash behavior isn't part of the design spec.

Behaviour should at least be consistent across devices. I tried dragging a USB stick to trash on 12.04 Beta 2 here, and it ejected the stick, so logically SD cards should also be unmounted/ejected.

Sounds like a very Apple thing to do though. To me, dragging a device to the trash should format it.

Continue to reproduce this on quantal, this time with:
bamf - 0.3.2-0ubuntu1~ppa1
compiz - 1:0.9.8.4-0ubuntu1
libunity - 6.8.0-0ubuntu1~test1
nux - 3.8.0-0ubuntu1~test1
unity - 6.6.0+bzr2754stagingubuntu1~test1

This is claimed to have been fixed in unity 6.4.0, but I still see it.

@Francis You don't see the sd card icon in the launcher or you don't see just the notification?
