Bug Description

HI,

PLEASE INCLUDE AN ICON FOR HELP (yelp) PROGRAM AS THE DEFAULT IN THE LAUNCHER FOR THE SAKE OF NEW USERS!

here's why its NECESSARY and why it will help:

i've been looking at new users' reactions to to ubuntu and realize that they immediately start poking around, reading tool-tips when they hover over launcher icons, and after about 30 seconds get frustrated and start a string of negative remarks before closing the laptop and asking for another one. note that the first thing they do is mouseover and start clicking.

The problem is they dont know how to use unity and dont realize that unity does not behave like windows or whatever they're used to. Including the help icon as the default will at least put the thought into their mind to click help and see how to use the interface before they start screaming " give me back my windows/mac, ubuntu is hard, i cant understand this thing!"

I filed this as a bug because i'm not sure of a better way to bring it up and possibly get it considered before 12.04 is released. It is not a feature change (feature freeze is in effect) and it doesnt take any time to just make the icon appear by default. It makes sense to be included in precise because its LTS and people will be seeing it for some time to come.
