Bug Description

Panel looses transparency when switching from HUD to Dash or vice versa.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Press alt (Open HUD)
2. Press Super (open Dash)
3. Panel looses transparency

or

1. Press Super (open Dash)
2. Press alt (Open HUD)
3. Panel looses transparency

There is screenshot of bug in attatchment.
I'm using latest build of unity from staging ppa.
