Add option to hide 'Show Desktop' in switcher

I almost never have a need to use the 'Show Desktop' functionality. Having it in the alt-tab means when I attempt to quickly alt-tab, I sometimes wind up activating this unwanted functionality.

Please add an option (configurable via CCSM, gconf, config files, whatever) to remove this entry from the alt-tab switcher.

Am I using the switcher incorrectly? I am constantly alt-tabbing and accidentally hitting show desktop, which hides everything. This happens multiple times per hour. How are other people avoiding this?

The switcher is highly inconsistent. Sometimes I hit alt-tab and it does nothing (refocus the active window). Sometimes it will switch apps. Sometimes it switches windows within the same app. It is almost so non-deterministic that I can't actually tell what the intended behavior is.

At any rate, I don't care to have 'show desktop' in the alt-tab *at all* because like you, I randomly accidentally trigger it and I almost never actually want to show my desktop.

Given all the other bugs we need to fix this is very low priority, so a patch adding a gconf setting would be gratefully accepted.

This bug won't go on our official bug list, but if somebody feels like submitting a patch it would be much appreciated ;-)
