LibO icons misbehaviour

Open an ODP or ODS document through launcher or through Nautilus and Unity will add a Blank LibO icon instead of using their respective icon. It also happens with ODT in Nautilus, not in Launcher (weird).

Open the document through the Writer or Calc or Presentation Menu and the document will be shown in the correct icon on Launcher.

Sometimes, if a LibO document is opened from Nautilus it does not show and icon at all and does not integrate to Unity menu nor shows when you press Alt+Tab. I think this happens when LibO ask to update the template. The only way to "see" the document is minimizing all other windows until you find it. If you minimize it, the only way to see it is "opening again" the document.

The attachment shows the LibO blank icon dinamically added by Unity, grouping 2 ODT and ODP files, at the same time it has other ODT document in the Writer icon.
