min/max/close buttons on dash and hud are not beautiful

Bug Description

the buttons on windows are kind of pretty. Not drop-dead gorgeous perhaps, but they look round and smooth and filled in. Min/Max/Close on the HUD and dash are badly anti-aliased, don't look round and are the wrong colours and not filled in.

note the circles do not look like they have a consistent stroke width, are not filled and the close button is not Ubuntu community orange

actually it might be orange, looks a bit too redish. the bright white of the maximise button looks wrong, and the faded minimise is almost invisible (not that you can really minimise or maximise the HUD)
