Bug Description
When an application is minimized to the launcher, clicking it reactivates the window...
When clicking it again, it does not minimize again... this is counter intuitive.
I know this is counter intuitive because I continue to try to minimize by clicking its entry again, despite knowing nothing will happen. I would appreciate if this could be fixed.
