This is especially a problem with small screens (netbooks...) or when the user added new indicators.
Step to reproduce (example):
- Change your resolution to something like 1024x768
- Open Gimp
- Notice that the Gimp menu overlap with other indicators (eg. if you click on an indicator, it opens the hidden Gimp menu witch is bellow).
I attached a screenshot. In it, I just clicked on the battery indicator but it opened the Gimp "Help" menu.
I expect to be able to click on an indicator if the cursor go right to it.
For menus, I would expect them to, if necessary, overlap indicators if the cursor get in the top panel by the "App title area" (eg. the whole panel except the left indicators). |
