no minimize/maximize buttons when LibreOffice is started from Nautilus

Bug Description
Sometimes, when I start LibreOffice document from Nautilus, I get a Libreoffice window without any buttons and the inconsistent two menu: the very top menu is from Nautilus, the menu right below it is from LibreOffice.
It doesn't happen always and depends on how LibreOffice document window looked like before it was closed.
