Bug Description
Let me just provide an example directly:
I just had a power outage while I was watching a video. When the power returned, I booted Ubuntu, logged in and pressed super+F to reopen that video file. It should be super+F, then enter.
This doesn't happen. After login, the first time I open the dash, it looses focus. I then have to either click it with the mouse, or close it and reopen it. Afterwards it works fine. This is consistent behaviour. It is a small, but highly annoying bug since I expect things to happen, and they don't.
