Bug Description
Currently, one cannot minimize a window from the unity launcher icon in 11.04 or 11.10 Ubuntu's. The way unity handles multiple windows of same application is great. Along the same lines, it would be very helpful for a user to be able to minimize one or all windows of an application by just clicking on the launcher icon.
