Bug Description
Since upgrading to oneiric I observe weird behavior of one application, namely Netvault Backup by Quest. It is a commercial enterprise backup solution. The frontend seems written with the X Toolkit (libXt).
When a window opens, I can click on different controls, which are showing the click action (by changing the highlighting), but this state is not "active". Example: I'm selecting a "Quit" button, which shows beeing pressed, but the application does not quit. If I switch to a window of a different application and then switch back to Netvault, the mouse press is acting as expected - i.e. the application quits after pressing "Quit".
I was not able to reproduce this with other libXt applications until now.

If the bug is appearing only with Netvault and no other libXt app, then I guess Netvault is to blame for it, not Unity?
