Bug Description
On oneiric, right-clicking on "Ubuntu logo" button on launcher doesn't do anything.
The proper action, in my opinion, is to show a jumplist pointing to installed lenses.
Expected behavior in Pangolin: right click on ubuntu logo in launcher displays a Applications, File & folders, Music, (Contacts) in the jumplist.
