Cursor should pass behind the Launcher while making a selection on the desktop

Bug Description
What happend :
When you make a selection on the desktop, select an area located behind the Launcher. The selection seems to pass under the Launcher. But the cursor appears to be over.
What should happend (to my mind) :
While the button 1 is pressed and while the cursor is over the Launcher, the cursor sould be displayed under the Launcher. When the button is released, the cursor should pass over the Launcher.
