Bug Description
[Test Case]
Performance issue, just testing if everything is running well performance wise when active blur is enabled.
[Regression Potential]
Visual regressions, shell drawing problems. Part of a big change, many regression potentials.
Original description:
The Unity 3d dash graphics are just about perfect when either no windows are open, or any windows that are open are minimized. Dash mouse cursor and graphics lag when a window I have open is maximized, or a window that is not in a minimized-state.
