Unity draws orange maximize bar for non-resizeable windows

Bug Description
If I drag a non-resizeable window (a dialog for example) to the top, left or right edge of the screen, it draws a nice orange bar showing how the window would be maximized if you released the mouse button.
But since the window is not resizeable, it only jumps to another position and keeps its current size.

i confirm this bug.i can reproduce this bug the bug.i m attaching a video with it.i think that if we push up the non-resizeable window with the top pannel . it dose not shows the options of maximize ( only for non-resizeable window ).the orange lines should not appear for non resizeable window.
