It crashed and then I no longer enter into the system, not even after reboot, this problem is quite large ..

I think it's likely that one of the heap corruption fixes going into the unity 5.12 update will solve this.

As per comment #7, it's likely this was fixed in unity 5.12. Not sure, so set to Incomplete for now and see if any more duplicates occur.
