Spread is no longer raising minimized window(s)

Bug Description

Test case
Open 2 windows of the same workgroup, 2 terminals will do
Minimize one, then click on the launcher icon, only the open window is seen the the 'spread' view

Normally there is no way to have a single window in the 'spread' view

May be a dupe of this bug though that only mentions the switcher (though same issue

I'm having the same issue. I'll test if this happens with unity 4.22.0-0ubuntu2.

Same bug & fixed in 4.22.0-0ubuntu2 so marking as dupe
(I guess what I call launcher others call switcher
