Dash: dragging an upscaled icon shows the original sized icon

Bug Description
When you drag an icon that has been upscaled in the dash (like XChat), the icon you drag around has the original icon size (see screenshot).
TEST CASE:
1. Open the dash and find an upscaled ("ugly") icon.
2. Drag it around.
RESULT:
* The icon you drag around has its original size instead of the same size as the upscaled one in the Dash.

- Desired solutoin from Design is that icons dragged from the dash should keep their exact size used for rendering in the dash grid-view itself.
