Bug Description
1. Open the dash
2. Go to any lens which you can scroll, like more apps lens
3. Scroll down through the list and try to open an app or document
The dash will go to the top of the list and open the wrong app.
I attached a video showing the problem. I tried to open the Color app, and ended up opening Angry Birds.

This bug affects me too. I click to open terminal in the Dash and I have color from systemsettings. I try to open CCSM and I get Brasero, when I try to open LibreOffice Writer I get Character Map....
